Call for Papers FAAI 25

 

We invite members of the scientific and artificial intelligence community to contribute to this workshop.

Topics:all topics related to artificial intelligence are relevant. This includes but does not limit to: deep learning, machine learning, neural networks, reinforcement learning, generative AI, etc.

Applications domain range from general academic contexts to medecine, life sciences, engineering, ecology, documented studies on impact of AI on human societies and usages of AI, "AI for good", human activities, etc.

Format : oral or poster presentations. Oral presentations are 15 or 25 minutes long (plus 5 minutes of questions).

Submission tracks: two types of content can be submitted:

  • Research track: scientific research developped by the authors of the submission based on rigorous methodology; note that opinions or "position papers" not based on such methodology or acumen fall outside the scope of the conference.
  • Tutorial and industrial track: short pedagogical presentations of impactful AI topics. The contribution can be either "academic review" style or "industrial use case". The author is expected to have direct hands-on experience in an academic or industrial context with the chosen topic. Submission should give details of this experience.

Concurrent submission rules: There are no proceedings for these communications so there are no "concurrent submission" rules.

Submission procedure: submit a title and the abstract (expected : 1/2 page) through the "Submissions" page (click here).

Review process : the submissions will be reviewed on basis of their scientific quality (as it results from the submitted information) and relevance to the topic of the workshop. There is no rebuttal phase. Acceptance decisions may be conditional to changing the format (from "oral" to "poster").
